She started as a Service Operations Analyst, gaining hands-on experience in healthcare administration through various portals and systems, including enrollment processing, EDI file build and management, and client and employee account administration. She progressed into roles in Operations Support, Business Process Analysis, and Project Coordination, managing client communications (inquiries and escalations) while collaborating with operations, process, reporting, and management teams to support day-to-day business needs. She later focused on process improvement and project management, leading initiatives to optimize processes, improve quality and efficiency, document processes, and assess operational risks. She has also collaborated with business and technical teams to identify, brainstorm, and develop Robotic Process Automation opportunities that support business transformation and operational excellence.
