Julian’s career began in 2017 as a Customer Support Representative at Microsoft. In 2019, Julian moved to Amazon, spending two years supporting account management within customer service.
Julian then transitioned into human resources in 2021, working as an Onboarding Specialist at CIELO for nearly two years. Since August 2022, Julian has worked as a Payroll Implementation Specialist for Canadian Small Business at ADP, guiding businesses through the setup and optimization of their payroll systems. With experience spanning customer support, HR, and payroll, Julian now brings a well-rounded perspective to helping small businesses navigate their operational needs. Julian works to make payroll and HR processes simpler and more efficient for the clients he serves.
