Lorie has a strong background in healthcare insurance, client service, training, and quality assurance. Her experience in the healthcare industry has given her a well-rounded understanding of both the client-facing and operational aspects of insurance.
She began her career supporting U.S. healthcare members at UnitedHealthcare, where she assisted with claims, billing, prior authorizations, and other healthcare-related inquiries. She later joined Wellcare, a Centene Corporation company, where she trained and onboarded new agents while supporting quality assurance initiatives to ensure service excellence.
Lorie then transitioned to Willis Towers Watson as a Client Specialist within the Corporate Risk & Broking division, where she supported Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance. In this role, she managed corporate accounts, assisted with policy renewals and risk assessments, and collaborated closely with brokers, underwriters, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client service.
