About the Position

Qualifications – Driven and motivated individual. Problem solver, independent thinker, and excellent communicator. Willing to think outside the box and put clients at ease with new ideas.

Requirements – Insurance industry and sales experience required. Additionally, insurance licenses or previously having insurance license is required.

Key Market Segments – Alternative funded health plans for companies between 20-500 employees. Specializing in level & self-funded plans. Also, occasional association trusts and captives.

Position/Duties – Full-time insurance broker. Qualified leads will be provided. Mostly web/phone sales with opportunity to travel for larger accounts.

Future Opportunities – This is a newer company with lots of room to grow. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground level. Movement to sales manager and/or director of sales desired. Equity will be provided with high performance.

Hours/Location – Very flexible schedule and work hours. Our office is in a WeWork so it comes with all of the perks, cold brew coffee/kombucha on tap, modern workspace and amenities, and a collaborative work environment. There will be opportunity to work from home.

Compensation – Based on level of experience and performance.
