Michele has been in the health insurance industry for 20 years and counting. Resourceful and solutions-oriented, Michele has a natural ability to build relationships and help clients achieve their objectives. Michele enjoys getting to know her clients and learning more about their needs.
Before coming on with Aston Sharp, Michele started her career in the call center at Health Net Inc. in 2002 working with members. Through the years she made her way to the sales department, first in new sales, then to go on as a group service representative in the large group segment and finally landing in the major account segment managing employer groups such as SCE, Mattel and AT&T to name a few.
Michele’s responsibilities include, first and foremost, account management across all of Aston Sharp’s departments, including employee-sponsored health insurance as well as new case implementation. She is also considered a benefits SME (subject matter expert). Her expertise in benefits knowledge comes from her long tenure working at a health carrier.
